★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Hotel, right on the lake with a stunning view! The menu is exquisite, and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They are quick to respond to any request and make sure that your stay is very enjoyable. Very convenient location if you will be visiting Parque Industrial Querétaro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really an event place. If you come and use it as a hotel you will find that the open air bar/restaurant is not open all the time. They were kind and served us beer after our arrival and the young lady popped popcorn we brought by mistake. The evening meal and breakfast was fine. No vegetarian/vegan options. The rooms were very nice. Should you want to have an event it is a really nice place.
