Es un grosero ratero y de todo quiere cobrar sin que el dueño se entere es un hambreando cierra el único Baño de la parte de abajo se lleva comida que no es de él y aparte invita a sus hijos a gorrear la comida la verdad yo no regresaría ni aunque la prestaran solo x el cuidador muy mal The house lacks bathrooms and cleaning but the caretaker can hold water !!!! La alberca no se puede utilizar no solo porque está helada, si no que huele muchísimo a cloro. Las ventanas no abren, las cortinas están sucias y rotas, te cobran 20 veces el valor de los daños a su loza de plástico. No te proporcionan más que un rollo de papel de baño, no hay agua en las regaderas, los closet están llenos de mugre, las alacenas sucias. Solo hay baños en las habitaciones. R	Ricardo Ochoa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa es muy bonita, cuenta con 6 habitaciones muy amplias, algunas de ellas con baños propios. Hay muchísimo espacio para estacionar autos, los jardines son muy grandes y bien cuidados. Hay un pequeño espacio techado donde se ubica el asador que también es muy práctico ya que los días que estuve con mis amigos llovió y aun así pudimos hacer carne asada. Los puntos negativos de la casa son principalmente 2: 1.- No hay privacidad, el señor de mantenimiento puede entrar en cualquier momento a la casa ya que solo él tiene llaves y no entrega un juego a los huéspedes, esto es un problema mayor ya que la casa es muy grande y tiene varios accesos, la sensación de inseguridad puede ser alta. 2.- El anfitrión te forza a firmar un contrato del cual no te notifica hasta un día antes de tu llegada, cancelar en ese momento ya implica un costo para ti. Aunado a esto, al momento de entregarte te hacen un inventario de cada plato y cuchara (literal) y el costo que tendrías que pagar en caso de que falte algo. De la misma manera al momento de entregar la propiedad revisan cada uno de los artículos listados. Esto me parece completamente innecesario cuando la plataforma ya forma un vínculo y protege a tanto al anfitrión como al huésped. La publicación de la casa dice que tiene lugar para 15 personas y esto es cierto si se consideran los espacios para dormir, sin embargo, no hay un solo lugar en la casa donde puedan estar más de 7 u 8 personas juntas: la sala de la planta baja es pequeña y solo hay lugar para 6 personas, la sala de planta alta solo tiene 2 sillones y caben 3, máximo 4 personas de talla mediana. La mesa del comedor es de 6 personas y aun que puedes meter una silla del comedor del jardín en realidad ya estas invadiendo el espacio de alguien más. Aunque la publicación dice que cuenta con WiFi yo no lo consideraría al momento de reservar, ya que funciona solo para que salgan los mensajes de whatsapp, NO ES UN SERVICIO FIABLE, si vas a trabajar o a querer ver películas en streaming esta no es la opción. Las camas solo tienen sabanas, no tienen ni colcha ni edredón. Los baños solo cuentan con una toalla. A pesar de que AirBnB ya cobra una cuota de limpieza, el contrato que mencioné anteriormente te compromete a entregar limpias las instalaciones. Si vas a viajar con más de 7 personas y la intención es convivir con todos, te recomiendo que busques otra casa; de la misma manera, si no estás habituado a que haya personas ajenas a tu familia/amigos entrando y saliendo de la propiedad, mejor evita malos ratos y no reserves aquí. La casa es muy bonita y limpia, sin embargo, los puntos negativos que mencioné me hacen concluir que no regresaría a hospedarme de nuevo. Even though AirBnB already charges a cleaning fee, the contract I mentioned above commits you to keep the facilities clean. If you are going to travel with more than 7 people and the intention is to live with everyone, I recommend that you look for another house; In the same way, if you are not used to having people other than your family / friends entering and leaving the property, better avoid bad times and do not book here.
