★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agua fría, no se regula correctamente para bañarse, no fumigan lo cual hay varias cucarachas y enormes hormigueros, la alberca no es tan grande, no funcionan los botones del jacuzzi, la luz cada rato se va y si deseas tener música no es posible por qué se molestan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala estancia La casa es muy linda pero le falta mucho mantenimiento, aquí dejo mi experiencia esperando les sirva:
1. Ojo con la letra chiquita y el servicio de la alberca y jacuzzi
2. No te dan toallas, apenas las de mano!
3. Te dejan 1 papel de baño por habitación si quieres más te lo cobran (así que ahí se miden)
4. A falta de mantenimiento hay mucho por reparar, que "casualmente" te descuentan de tu depósito por que según lo rompiste en tu estancia!!
5. Las personas que atienden se quejan de todo!
6. La persona con la que trate Oscar trato de componer algunas cosas lo cual agradezco pero en general hacen que te quedes con una mala experiencia.
7. Rente la casa por que eramos 14 personas todas parejas y me dieron solo 6 habitaciones que "por que así cabiamos"
Este tipo de propiedades son hermosas ojalas quisieran invertir un poquito de lo que ganan en mantenerlas!! Y no cobrarlas a los clientes solo por que si!!
Sugiero hacerlo mejor por airbnb para tener la plataforma que te soporte!!
Very bad stay The house is very nice but it lacks a lot of maintenance, here I leave my experience waiting for you:

2. They don't give you towels, just hand towels!
3. They give you 1 toilet paper per room if you want more they charge you (so they are measured there)

5. The people who attend complain about everything!
6. The person Oscar deals with tried to compose some things which I appreciate but in general they make you have a bad experience.
7. Rent the house because we were 14 people, all couples, and they gave me only 6 rooms that "because we fit in like this"
These types of properties are beautiful, hopefully they would like to invest a little of what they earn in maintaining them! And do not charge customers just because!
I suggest doing it better for airbnb to have the platform that supports you !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una experiencia buena sin ser excelente, varios detalles menores que se pueden mejorar, los drenajes de las regaderas se anegan, en algunos baños no hay agua caliente o tarda mucho en salir, las camas individuales son muy pequeñas (para niños) y un adulto no cabe, existen letras chiquitas con respecto a la caldera de la alberca, se encharca el agua al rededor del jacuzzi, existen algunas zonas en construcción.
