★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No era lo esperado, ya que las fotos que ponen nada que ver además lugar lo entregaron muy sucio los refrigeradores con hongos pero muy prendidos para usarlos los baños sin terminar en fin no recomiendo que la renten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada que ver con las fotos, ya he ido 3 veces con diferencia de meses y en ninguna ocasión me ha tocado que está con recién mantenimiento, la alberca sucia, los baños sucios la casita muy descuidada, las camas con demasiados resortes y colchones sucios los refrigeradores con hongos en pocas palabras muy descuidada para el tiempo que la rentan y el costo. Quise rentarla por mi parte e hice el depósito pero no me pasaron su "pre contrato" al día siguiente cancele por una situación familiar y me comentaron que no hacían devolución de depósito siendo que cuando pedí la información no me lo mencionaron y tampoco me enviaron el pre contrato. Dijeron que lo podían regresar pero me cerraron las puertas para rentarla en un futuro. Dos meses estuve mandando mensajes y al final cuando les comenté que no tenían porque negarme el anticipo si previamente no me lo habían mencionado me bloquearon. Ni siquiera tomaron en cuenta cuando les comenté que ya había ido 3 veces. Definitivamente no los recomiendo para nada, si piensan gastar $4500 busquen otra mejor opción que si tenga instalaciones adecuadas.

I wanted to rent it for myself and I made the deposit but they did not give me their "pre-contract" the next day I canceled due to a family situation and they told me that they did not return the deposit since when I asked for the information they did not mention it to me and they did not send me the pre contract. They said they could return it but they closed their doors to rent it in the future. I was sending messages for two months and in the end when I told them that they didn't have to deny me the advance if they hadn't previously mentioned it to me, they blocked me. They did not even take into account when I told them that I had already been 3 times. I definitely do not recommend them at all, if you plan to spend $4500 look for a better option than if you have adequate facilities.
