La habitación no estaba preparada para huésped con previa reservación. De las llaves no cayó ni una gota de agua, en el baño grandes recipientes de champú y jabón estaban totalmente vacíos y en los clóset no hubo ni un gancho. Tampoco hubo agua embotellada para beber. Los pisos estaban sucios, con basura y restos de comida además de cucarachas vivas y muertas. Unpleasant experience. One hour of waiting in the street to be able to enter the hotel completely empty and dark. The room was not ready for guest with previous reservation. Not a drop of water fell from the faucets, in the bathroom large containers of shampoo and soap were completely empty and in the closets there was not a hook. El loft 1 tiene patio y área de limpieza y como viajaba con mis mascotas, me hospedaron ahí. La alberca y el jardín estaban muy bien cuidados. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme con ellos. Excellent. All very well. Noé and Jorge are super friendly and treated us the best. Loft 1 has a patio and cleaning area, and since I was traveling with my pets, they put me up there. The pool and garden were very well cared for. I will definitely stay with them again.

La verdad no se puede pedir nada más, muy recomendable y seguro volvemos pronto :) Excellent place to stay.
