★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio , agua de la alberca sucia verdosa , habitaciones sucias y no se digan los baños y regaderas realmente aquerosos y con pésimo olor definitivamente no volvería a ese lugar
Terrible service, dirty greenish pool water, filthy rooms and not to mention the really stinky and foul smelling bathrooms and showers would definitely not go back to that place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabamos de ir con nuestra familia, los baños super mega sucios hasta daba asco bañarse e ir al baño ahí., el encargado dijo que según los acababan de lavar pero estaban muy sucios.. algunos baños estaban tapados y no tenian agua caliente, ya que se les había acabado el gas, no hay baños afuera, entonces si estás en la alberca y requiere ir al baño necesitas entrar a una habitación y es muy incomodo ya que estas mojado, las instalación muy descuidadas para lo que cobran deberían de tener mejor sus instalaciones , hay mucha humedad en las habitaciones huelen mal, nosotros preferimos acampar que dormir ahí, la verdad necesitan mejorar mucho en la instalaciones definitivamente no regresaremos a ese lugar.
We just went with our family, the super mega dirty bathrooms were even disgusting to bathe and go to the bathroom there., The manager said that according to they had just been washed but they were very dirty .. some bathrooms were clogged and did not have hot water, since They had run out of gas, there are no bathrooms outside, so if you are in the pool and you need to go to the bathroom you need to enter a room and it is very uncomfortable since you are wet, the facilities very neglected for what they charge should have better their Facilities, there is a lot of humidity in the rooms, they smell bad, we prefer to camp than sleep there, the truth is that they need to improve a lot in the facilities, we will definitely not return to that place.
