★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una hacienda pequeña y acogedora, con decoración antigua en muy buen estado, camas cómodas, sábanas ricas, muy limpia. Personal muy amable, y aunque no hay un restaurante como tal, hay comida de la región a precios accesibles, con bonita presentación y es sabrosa..le recomiendo la parrillada.
 A small and cozy hacienda, with antique decoration in very good condition, comfortable beds, rich sheets, very clean. Very friendly staff, and although there is no restaurant as such, there is food from the region at affordable prices, beautifully presented and tasty ... I recommend the barbecue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están muy bonitos y puede ser un buen lugar para descansar.
Pero la atención nos dejó muy decepcionada, había varios costos extra (como la IVA que ya estaba incluido en el precio final de la página de Booking.com) y saliendo todavía no querrían cobrar más. El desayuno tampoco está incluido en la reservación del cuarto, aunque lo anuncian así.
El cuarto que nos dieron ni siquiera tenía ventanas y la regadera no tenía agua caliente.
Nos cambiaron el cuarto para la segunda noche, pero nos sentimos incómodas después de mencionar estos puntos.
No cumplieron con lo que anunciaron en la página de Booking.com (y de la cena del Año Nuevo). Deben de mejorar su comunicación y la atención al cliente para hacerlo und lugar para descansar.
The facilities are very nice and it can be a good place to rest.
But the service left us very disappointed, there were several extra costs (such as VAT that was already included in the final price on the Booking.com page) and leaving they still wouldn't want to charge more. Breakfast is not included in the room reservation either, although it is advertised that way.
The room they gave us didn't even have windows and the shower didn't have hot water.
They changed our room for the second night, but we felt uncomfortable after mentioning these points.
They did not comply with what they announced on the Booking.com page (and the New Year's dinner). They must improve their communication and customer service to make it a place to rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto su servicio al huésped, no conocen en lo más mínimo el respeto por sus huéspedes. Realicé una reservación en su hotel la cual no me quisieron respetar me querían dar una habitación de menor costo a la que yo había pagado, aunado a eso me condicionaron a que sí quería que me respetaran la habitación tenía que contratar además su cena de Año Nuevo con un costo de $1200 por persona y que si no lo contrataba no me respetaban la habitación que ya había yo reservado, y que si quería porque había huéspedes que ya estaban esperando por la habitación. La señorita que me atendió en la recepción totalmente déspota además que su higiene personal deja mucho que desear con su uniforme mugroso a más no poder. Ojalá no tengan que pasar un evento totalmente discriminatorio por parte de este hotel. Nefasto su servicio al huésped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está excelente para un fin de semana de tranquilidad y relajación.
El detalle es su servicio de hospedaje ya que uno reserva la habitación de su gusto y después la cambian por otra de menor precio, aunado que la explicación de la reservación es muy diferente a la hora de hospedarce ya que ofrecen: barra libre y desayuno y estos son cargados a la cuenta a la hora del checkout. La experiencia deja no te deja con un buen sabor de boca.

The detail is their hosting service since one reserves the room of their choice and then they change it for another one with a lower price, coupled with the explanation of the reservation is very different when it comes to staying as they offer: open bar and breakfast and These are charged to the account at checkout time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar, lástima que a la hora de hospedarme las cosas que me habían ofrecido en la reservación ya no estaban incluidas en el costo de la estancia. El agua de la alberca muy fría, las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado. La señorita Maribel muy déspota a diferencia de sus empleados que son amables. La comida del lugar muy cara además, de que se tardan la vida para servirte. En realidad una experiencia no grata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es encantador este hotel, muy discreto hace falta a lo mejor trabajar mas en su entrada ya que fue dudoso saber si era o no la entrada, al llegar nos encanto, pediria mas atención del personal casi no hay y tardan un poco, de ahí en fuera todo ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lindo el hotel las instalaciones muy bonitas y bien cuidadas. Lo único por lo que no le doy 5 estrellas es que el costo es algo alto para la estancia por noche, pudieran incluir ya el desayuno porque solo es continental
