LO BUENO Es un lugar super amplio en su jardin. El jardin esta super cuidado y esta muy bonito, cuenta con muchos árboles y palmeras que dan mucha sombra. Cuenta con un estacionamiento como para 8 coches bien acomodados. En el area de jardin tiene vestidores y baños para no entrar a la casa. Tiene una palapa y un asador techado, sin embargo en esta zona ALERTA YA QUE HAY UN ESCALON TRAICIONERO QUE NO SE DISTINGUE Y SE PUEDEN CAER, TROPESAR, LASTIMAR, PEGAR EN LA CABEZA. La quinta tiene una alberca muy bonita bien cuidada y no es profunda, la limpian todos los dias una persona que duerme en la misma quinta. Dentro de la casa tiene 1 sala, un comedor, una cocina amplia con su refrigerador, su horno de microondas, su tarja y su estufa. Tiene 2 habitaciones para 1 cama individual y una grande con cama matrimonial y su baño privado. LO MALO ES MUY IMPORTANTE MENCIONAR QUE UNO PAGA POR UNA ESTANCIA INCREIBLE Y NO TODO ES LO QUE PARECE La casa super pequeña, se podria hacer una segunda planta o ampliar las recamaras o construir adicionales. Los climas no sirven muy bien, sobre todo el de las habitaciones. Los sofas ya necesitam cambiarse ya que estan muy viejos y algubos no sirven. Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, no cuentan con amenidades no cuentan con equipamiento y solo con una cama super pequeña. Te ofrecen colchones inflables, muy mal, se supone que la casa deberia estar equipada y los colchones inflables deberian ser un extra y no ser el equipo principal. Cuenta con un medio baño y un baño completo general porque el otro esta dentro de la habitación principal. A la casa y sobre todo al baño le falts bastante mantenimiento, las paredes les falta pintura y presenta demasiadas cuarteaduras. ALERT ! ! ! THIS PLACE HAS A STEP THAT DOES NOT SEE AND ACCIDENTS PASS. IT WOULD BE VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE OWNER WILL FIX IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE GOOD It is a super wide place in your garden. The garden is super careful and very beautiful, has many trees and palm trees that give a lot of shade. It has a parking lot for 8 well-accommodated cars. The climates do not serve very well, especially in the rooms. The sofas already needed to be changed since they are very old and some are useless.
