Es una casona con una inmensa sala de estar propicia para reuniones familiares, en el exterior cuenta con una parrilla para comida al carbón. El predio es amplio y dispone de una alberca para disfrutar en temporada veraniega. En días claros hay una agradable vista a la montaña, y por la noche hay ocasión de escuchar los ruidos de los animales del monte como conejos y coyotes. Es un lugar recomendable para hacer actividades de naturaleza en las cercanías.
