★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy lindo y acogedor, es sencillo pero la gente es muy amable. Te incluyen el desayuno y si quieres puedes llevar tus alimentos y ahí te los preparan. Muy recomendable, me volvería a hospedar ahí, está casi a la orilla del lago.
 A very nice and cozy place, it is simple but the people are very friendly. They include breakfast and if you want you can take your food and they will prepare it for you. Highly recommended, I would stay there again, it is almost on the shore of the lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo mal con este lugar, no hay estacionamiento, dejas el auto ahí en la calle, la persona que nos recibió ademas de sucio y crudo, no sabia que habitaciones eran las que habíamos alquilado, no se comunico nunca con la persona que hicimos el trato, dijo que no había señal. Nos quiso dar una habitación con una cama matrimonial cuando habíamos pedido un Queen y una master suite. Los baños sucios, había pelos en el jabón, las tasas con la marca de agua estancada por muchos dias, la alberca es mas como un jacuzzi no es para nadar, huele a humedad, las camas sucias, CERO protocolos anti COVID, ni gel, ni sanitizante, nada...no hay kayaks, ni nada para usar en el lago, se pueden rentar aparte pero pues para eso mejor irse a un club de playa. El mayor problema es que la noche en este lugar sucio y sin ninguna comodidad para el huésped cuesta lo mismo o mas que una noche en hoteles como el Excelaris o el Villa Bejar.

He wanted to give us a room with a double bed when we had asked for a Queen and a master suite. The dirty bathrooms, there were hairs in the soap, the rates with the water mark stagnant for many days, the pool is more like a Jacuzzi, it is not for swimming, it smells musty, the beds dirty, ZERO anti-COVID protocols, no gel, no sanitizer, nothing ... there are no kayaks, or anything to use on the lake, they can be rented separately but for that, better go to a beach club. The biggest problem is that the night in this dirty place and without any comfort for the guest costs the same or more than one night in hotels such as the Excelaris or the Villa Bejar.

Quiet place to spend a weekend or vacation with the whole family, near the lake where you can kayak, ski or take a boat ride. Good service and attention by the managers of the place. Spacious and clean rooms

I decided not to stay due to the dirty bed, room and place in general (which isn't actually a hotel, doesn't have a spa or restaurant, and is not in front of the lake) and the owner refused to return my money, and blocked me on WhatsApp when I threatened to involve Airbnb support.
