★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy tranquilo para disfrutar en familia las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias yo prefiero rentar la casa es más grande y comoda cuenta con todos los servicios para que prepares tus alimentos le caben entre 16 o 18 personas su alberca también es muy grande y profunda pero también cuenta con chapoteadero para los peques ,yo me la pasó increíble cuando voy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia ??? nos dieron una habitación donde no servía el ventilador y no se podían abrir las persianas, nos cambiaron a otra donde si servía el ventilador pero no mejoraba el clima así q nos trajeron uno de pedestal y quería hecharlo a andar dándole vueltas con la mano!!! Y como plus y cereza del pastel... Se rompió la llave del agua caliente de la regadera quemando a Mija y a mi y ni un DISCULPEN, la respuesta del supuesto gerente fue que no era para que nos pusiéramos prepotentes... ASCO DE HOTEL!! Ni por urgencia me vuelvo a quedar ahi!
Bad experience ??? they gave us a room where the fan did not work and the blinds could not be opened, they changed us to another where the fan worked but it did not improve the climate so they brought us a pedestal and wanted to make it spin around with hand!!! And as a plus and cherry on the cake ... The hot water tap in the shower was broken burning Mija and me and not an APOLOGIZE, the response of the supposed manager was that it was not for us to be arrogant ... HOTEL ASCO !! Not even out of urgency will I stay there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El jardín y la alberca están muy bien, se está muy a gusto; las habitaciones no tanto, principalmente los baños están descuidados. El trato es muy amable; fueron a atender nuestro desperfecto en el baño, no quedó solucionado, pero por lo menos trataron de darle solución. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cosa es simple, si vas sin expectativas la casa está bien, es para 18 personas, el que atiende es amable y muy cortes, si vas sin expectativas y con el afán de divertirte y sacar lo bueno en lo malo vale la pena, si vas con expectativas de un lujoso lugar.. mejor no lo haga compa, es lo que promete, algo pasajero y económico.. es verdad que las instalaciones están un tanto descuidadas (problemas con una regadera) el gerente lo sabe y aún así trata de brindar el mejor servicio posible. La alberca es grande, casi no hay gente.. servicio cordial y amable.

The pool is large, there are hardly any people... cordial and friendly service.
