Cuenta con asadores, alberca, palapas, jardín y arboles. Tiene capacidad para albergar hasta a 300 personas comodamente ubicadas en eventos como quinceañeras, bodas, bautizos, etc. Cuenta con un pequeño estacionamiento para 5 autos y área para estacionarse en los alrededores del lugar.
La Quinta Ludy is located in the historic center of García, Nuevo León, which is why it adopts a Northeast style, which is classic in this area of the town. It has grills, pool, palapas, garden and trees.
