★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La quinta agradable, la alberca muy amplia, tiene áreas aun construyéndose, la calle no esta pavimentada, por lo que se encharca si llueve.
The nice fifth, the very large pool, has areas still being built, the street is not paved, so it floods if it rains.

El estacionamiento del lugar no está en muy buenas condiciones, si llueve corren el riesgo de quedarse atascados.
It is a good place for small events, with its jukebox, swimming pool, equipped kitchen and furniture.
The parking lot is not in very good condition, if it rains you run the risk of getting stuck.
