Afortunadamente comprendieron que era lo justo pues estuvimos en un riesgo muy fuerte . Es un lugar con mucho potencial ,pero muy descuidado desde limpieza hasta instalaciones, principalmente la instalación eléctrica que fue lo que causó un corto y se comenzó a incendiar. A Dios gracias estábamos despiertos, de lo contrario no la hubiéramos contado . Uno de mis hijos estuvo ahí en 2 ocasiones anteriores y no había pasado eso ,si en mal estado, si muy sucio pero no advirtieron nada respecto a la energía.... Al no encontrar lo que queríamos decidimos ahí. Al llegar nos advirtieron que si prendíamos el calentador que tenían ahí no le subiéramos a lo más alto porque se podía botar la pastilla . Y si !! Se botó aún usando de la manera que nos pidieron . Hicimos una llamada para informarles y nos insistieron que no le subieramos al calentador. Pues seguimos así y empezó el tronadero luego chispas e inmediatamente fuego . La persona que atendió a mi hijo se molestó cuando le dije que nos debía regresar el dinero ,pues ella tenía intención de devolvernos solo 1 noche . Lo cual honestamente no podía aceptar pues causaron un estrés en nuestras vacaciones ,pérdida de tiempo y mucho riesgo . Y lo grave de todo es que ellos sabían que esto podía pasar. En fin estamos bien, muy asustados! Pues además llevamos con nosotros a mi madre y mi suegra de 72 y 74 . Cuando yo le propuse a esta persona que nos devolvieran el total me dijo que debía dejar las instalaciones en ese momento y ya eran casi las 12 de la noche. La verdad no quisimos arriesgarnos pues estábamos en medio de la oscuridad ,de la nada, ni como tener luz para sacar y ordenar nuestras pertenencias . Solo agregar que gracias a Dios mi esposo pudo apagar el fuego. We had a very bad experience, in the end they returned almost the total payment. The person who took care of my son was upset when I told him that he should return the money to us, as she intended to return only 1 night. Which I honestly couldn't accept because they caused stress on our vacation, waste of time and a lot of risk. And the serious thing about it is that they knew that this could happen. Anyway we are fine, very scared! Well, we also take with us my mother and my mother-in-law, aged 72 and 74. When I proposed to this person that they give us the total, he told me that I should leave the facilities at that moment and it was already almost 12 at night. The truth is that we did not want to risk it because we were in the middle of the dark, out of nowhere, nor like having light to take out and order our belongings.
