4) Always paying attention to every details
The food is amazing, the preparation, the ingredients, the taste, the mix of flavors, the diversity of dishes.
I strongly recommend them if you are having some great time at Bacalar as we did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic experience with Aldo and Fernanda. The food and cocktails were delicious and we enjoyed so much their explanations, attention to details. It was our last diner in Yucatan and from far the best one of our entire stay! We highly recommend!
