En el área techada está el asador y espacio de convivio. Se pueden acomodar muy holgadamente 5 mesas redondas de 10 personas cada una. Cuenta con amplio espacio de estacionamiento. MUCHO CUIDADO A LA ENTRADA Y SALIDA DE LA QUINTA. El área de acceso puede dañar tus rines o llantas y a la salida es muy peligroso porque es una curva de poca visibilidad.
Se renta en $6400 pesos con un tiempo de 6 horas. Del evento. De requerir más tiempo se paga hora extra. Se debe dejar adicional a la renta un depósito de $2000 pesos. Que se reintegran al finalizar el evento y siempre y cuando no haya habido un daño originado por el evento.
