We spent the day at Celeste, their beach club. A beautiful place with all the comforts that one can ask for. Truly recommended.

A peaceful escape with wonderful people

My friend and I went to Acapulco in Feb 2019 and we stayed at this magnificent hotel. The service, the view, the rooms and the beach were amazing! I would love to go back with husband. On a negative side, you DO NOT withdraw money from the ATM as it does not give you the right amount. I wanted to get $X and 700$MXN were missing from my withdrawal. Todo magnifico!!! Pero el cajero del hotel no te da la cantidad exacta que uno pide del retiro.

SMOKERS ONLY, BEWARE... sadly this hotel is only for smokers, no areas for non smokers, even at lunch. We had a 1 year 10 month toddler and a pregnant woman and the hotel could not care less. We spoke many times to management and the only non-smoking area is the lobby and mostly for “image purpose”. The reality is that smoking is allowed everywhere at every time, even with children around. 1. At lunch they only operate one restaurant, the beach one, we were having lunch with or toddler when two guys started smoking Cigars (not even cigarettes) inside the restaurant and the waiters said that they couldn’t do anything. 2. At the beach palapas one women smoked non-stop from 9am to 5pm...(not kidding) and the smoke gets trapped inside all of the palapas. Very un confortable and a health hazard for pregnant women. Sad experience given that the hotel has an excellent view.

Nice hotel for smokers. We thought it was a place for families to stay but smokers are everywhere around the pool and at the restaurant (the one by the pool, which is the only open restaurant for lunch). NOT recommended for pregnant women and kids. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good, sadly the smoking thing was really bad (so many smokers).

I have so many positive things to say that I don’t know where to start. First there are 2 security check points to get into the hotel. Very secure place. When we (family and I) got into the reception area we were given ice cream and a cold towel as temperatures were over 98 degrees Celsius super hot (it was August) this was a last minute reservation as the last hotel was awful so this was a very short notice same day reservation. The staff was very nice and polite. Checking in didn’t take long about 15 minutes. Once I went into the room I was delighted to see the beautiful view of the ocean. The room was super clean and I loved the extra toiletries that were in the bathrooms. There is a safe located in closet along with iron, bathrobe, slippers, hangers and a small bag with needle and thread. I have attached as many pictures as I could. It’s a private beach and there is a security guard protecting the beach for any other party goers from the public side. They also have restaurants in case you get hungry and there food was yummy. I am going back again to stay for a longer time as I only stayed there for 2 days.

It’s a really nice place to stay. The rooms not new, but very clean and in good condition. The staff at the front desk has to improve their English. The only thing to complain about is, that as a hotel guest, it is not possible to get a sun lounger, because they all blocked, at 8 am I was not able to get one. The thing is, the people place there stuff on the bed and some of them haven’t been back before 2 pm… It looks like, it is all about the money for the pool boy…

Room is ok, except the rain enters the room. Room service is lacking. Location is excellent. Ambient is GREAT the pool and amenities are GREAT
