Plus booking.com trick with not including vat on the price being surprised with that in the end.

The food has a very good taste. The rooms are spacious and the bed is great. Very close to the Nissan plants and downtown fair's area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Friendly staff but not enough waiters at the restaurant (especially during breakfast). Room service available. Breakfast and overall food was good and not expensive. Lunch was not that tasty. Nightly rates were convenient. Great location. Spacious rooms with views to the patios. Received complimentary wifi. Parking spots or valet available. Overall, a good hotel in Aguascalientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minerva Zapién and I would like to give Quinta Real of Aquascalientes major props.. this might have been the best hotel we ever stayed, it is without a doubt bang for buck we have ever experienced. Great people, great service, perfect room, perfect mattress, great pillows, endless hot water, good pressure, clean pool, easy parking, fabulous restaurant which was fairly priced, excellent food, incredible ambience.. should I go on ??

They tried to nickle and dime us because we booked through expedia. We collectively booked about 6 rooms one of them for a whole week stay, we purchased a private dinner for 22 people, and still when the bride wanted to take photos they still charged us so she could take photos. Plus when we were all rushing to get to the church and also when the bride was entering her room to change. I understand businesses need to make a profit but after almost spending 30,000 pesos here I would have expected a bit more.. next time for sure AirBnB.. for the amount of rooms we could have gotten a better experience somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful establishment let down by poor maintenance and staff that lack enough training to provide the premium experience promoted by the hotel.
The management explained this is due to a 50% staff cut but does not excuse charging a premium and then under delivering.
