Aproximadamente de pasto dónde se instalan carpas blancas, mesas y sillas, así como calentones ambientales, área para templete bastante amplia y cancha de baile, con juegos para niños, totalmente bardeado, área techada para baile y área cerrada tipo local con acceso fácilmente controlado.
Estacionamiento propio para 12 vehículos, acceso con portón para vehículos al interior para entrada o salida de mercancías a proveedores y organizadores.
