★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es deficiente porque hicimos una reservación con anticipación y cuando llegamos no tenían la Villa que habíamos pedido, porque según la persona que tomó la llamada no dio aviso de que tenía que apartar la villa y su solución fue darnos las habitaciones que ellos querían o regresarnos el dinero, pero como tal no tienen disposición de arreglar el problema, ya que uno viaja desde otro estado para que cuando llegues te salgan con que no tenían la habitación y ni un disculpe, solo te dicen, pues tengo estas habitaciones o ten tu dinero y búscale en otro lado, por eso no lo recomiendo, además de eso el lugar si está tranquilo pero las habitaciones están descuidadas.
 It is deficient because we made a reservation in advance and when we arrived they did not have the Villa that we had requested, because according to the person who took the call he did not give notice that he had to move the villa and his solution was to give us the rooms they wanted or return us money, but as such they have no disposition to fix the problem, since one travels from another state so that when you arrive they leave you with that they did not have the room and not an excuse, they only tell you, because I have these rooms or have your money and look elsewhere, so I do not recommend it, in addition to that the place is quiet but the rooms are neglected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Las habitaciones están limpias y accesibles. Es muy lindo para pasar una temporada ahí. Se disfruta mejor con carro propio o rentado.

Costo:$ $1,000.00 + IVA.
Recibimos un pequeño departamento de 2 recamaras, comedor, cocineta y baño. La limpieza es buena, al igual que la atención.
Los inconvenientes que veo son los siguientes:
1. Colchones incómodos (mala calidad).
2. La cócina no cuenta con estufa y el microondas no servía.
3. No existen tiendas de abarrotes cerca.
4. La sala solo cuenta con un sillón doble.
5. No realizan limpieza durante la estancia.
6. La villa no justifica el costo.
Lo único que destaca el lugar, es su jardín privado con el que cuenta y unos perritos Bull Dog Frances muy juguetones.
En conclusión, el costo se me hizo excesivo para lo que recibimos, por este costo existe la Suite de Hostería de Xicoténcatl que está muy bonita y cuenta con balcones que dan a un parque, o el Hotel Minantzin con habitaciones muy cómodas y elegantes.

Cost: $ 1,000.00 + VAT.
We receive a small apartment with 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Cleaning is good, as is the attention.
The drawbacks I see are the following:
1. Uncomfortable mattresses (poor quality).
2. The kitchen does not have a stove and the microwave did not work.
3. There are no grocery stores nearby.
4. The room only has a double armchair.
5. They do not clean during the stay.
6. The villa does not justify the cost.
The only thing that stands out is its private garden and some very playful French Bulldogs.
In conclusion, the cost was excessive for what we received, for this cost there is the Suite de Hostería de Xicoténcatl which is very beautiful and has balconies that overlook a park, or the Hotel Minantzin with very comfortable and elegant rooms.

Estacionamiento a cinco minutos de Tlaxcala centró, santa Ana Chiautempan, a cinco minutos de la autopista Tlaxcala - Cdmx.
Very good location, furnished executive rooms, safe and comfortable place, it has all the services in each room and Internet included in the cost. Parking five minutes from downtown Tlaxcala, Santa Ana Chiautempan, five minutes from the Tlaxcala - Cdmx highway.
