Amazing Airbnb. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was a bit small, and the pool area is very small. Very clean location and the people that work their are very helpful.

New building featuring elevator, infinity pool, lounge and wifi in the common area.

Located in a good area next to shops and restaurants. Clean, modern building. Front desk staff are friendly. Walls with the front door by the hallways are thin so you can hear everything; most likely your kitchen/living room area. Thankfully the bedrooms above have thicker walls.

Whole this place may look nice in pictures it is far from. It might be one of the WORST places I’ve stayed and I’ve traveled all over the world. For starters we asked to have a refund bc Hurricane Grace was going to hit Tulum head on. We were told no and that everything would be fine. We were out of running water, electricity, and cell service for 24 hours. The owner never had anyone check on us. While a hurricane is not their fault the greediness of not returning someone’s money or offering another date is pretty lame. This condo had 2 toilets out of 3 that basically didn’t flush which is disgusting and we had no hot water for another entire day and another day of water being turned on and off. The pool area is really small and oddly set up. You will be charged for any electricity you go over your allotted amount and we were charged an extra fee for EARLY CHECKOUT!!!! We had an early flight home and we’re charged even though we paid for the time to be there. That’s ridiculous!!!! You also will only get about 6 towels for a 5 day stay and have to pay for more if needed. Tulum is so great and the area this is in is wonderful with great restaurants with amazing workers but if you can find another place to stay DO SO. Not a great experience at all.

This place is absolutely horrible! The smell of gasoline is so heavy that are little daughter started to feint when we came into the room. We directly complained but they told us that there is nothing they could do. I traveled all around the world, but this was so insane that we left the place for the safety for our daughter and ourselves. Please don’t go here!!!!!!!!

Such a fantastic place! It felt so safe and clean. Great location and just an amazing experience. Fantastic restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and a very fun bike ride to the beach.

Location is great, can't complain about that, and the rooms were good, but it is EXPENSIVE. TOO expensive. For a WEEK for 6 ppl, we paid about $400 per person. We're from LA and airbnb even in LA doesn't cost that much. Plus, that barely includes anything. They don't even have any washer and they basically charge for EVERYTHING. I would neither stay nor recommend here ever again.
