En lugar de recibir al paciente con un "hola, bienvenidos", nos recibieron con un "sólo un familiar por paciente". Y tal "recepción" fue de una enfermera, pues la recepcionista durante las primeras dos veces que entré no estaba. Tras darme el alta me cobraron bastante más de lo esperado: el doble. Y me dijeron (ahora sí, la recepcionista) que tenía a fuerza que dejar en efectivo $5,500 (ir al banco recién despertando de una cirugía no es buena idea), cosa que no me gustó nada, por motivos éticos y sanitarios. Mi comportamiento y trato fueron excelentes, cosa que generó una reacción semejante por parte de ellas (al final me trataron muy bien y las valoro mucho, son personas muy lindas), pero lo que sucedió habla de mala cultura y administración en la institución/organización. Mis médicos fueron excelentes, pero ellos no son parte de "quirófanos del valle". Médicos y trabajadores de la salud: no les recomiendo el lugar; tampoco les recomiendo "sugerirlo". Pacientes y familiares: recuerden que sus médicos pueden operar en cualquier lugar. Aunque les recomienden aquí, no acepten y vayan a otro lugar. A los trabajadores y/o dueños del lugar: trabajen en su institución, tienen talento y potencial. Un saludo a todas y todos quienes me atendieron, fue un gusto.
