★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No saben ni lo que están haciendo, SUPER TARDADOS, llevan dos semanas con mi carro parado, nomas porque estaban equivocados de pieza, tardaron de 3 a 4 días en estar equivocados de pieza y 6 días para que les llegara esa pieza, siendo que en Internet se consigue de un día a otro. Me dijeron que para este viernes estaría listo para ir por el, y que a mas tardar el sábado, hoy es sábado, llame, y me dijeron que hasta para el lunes, ahora espero el lunes para que me digan otro día.. INÚTILES !
 They do not even know what they are doing, SUPER LATE, they have two weeks with my car stopped, just because they were wrong part, it took 3 to 4 days to be wrong part and 6 days to get that piece, being that in Internet is achieved overnight. They told me that by Friday I would be ready to go for it, and that no later than Saturday, today is Saturday, call, and they told me that until Monday, I now wait on Monday to tell me another day .. INUSTILE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Muy tardados y mucha falta de comunicación.... reciben más carros de los que pueden atender.
Cambiaron los retenes y dejaron mal las juntas y la transmisión tiró todo el aceite en una semana. Se fue por garantía y no atendieron dan mas largas.
Cambio de bujes de palanca, una toma de agua y los retenes de un jetta a4 fueron 3700 y tardaron más de una semana
Lo caro sale mas caro cuando vas a Quiros. Pensé que por ser un negocio establecido tendría mas seriedad, honestidad y responsabilidad.

Terrible service. Too late and a lot of lack of communication ... they get more cars than they can handle.
They changed the seals and the gaskets were bad and the transmission drained all the oil in a week. It was by guarantee and they did not take longer give.
Change of lever bushings, a water intake and the seals of a jetta a4 were 3700 and took more than a week
The expensive is more expensive when you go to Quiros. I thought that being an established business would have more seriousness, honesty and responsibility.
Lousy experience
