....el producto ( silicón base agua) que me recomendó el vendedor, no me sirvió para embellecer la piedra de recinto.... hice una pequeña prueba y le pedí al vendedor que me cambiara el producto por otro base solvente ...y me cobrará la diferencia.....se negó rotundamente.alegando que hay una leyenda en los productos que venden ...de no devolución......le insistí...que me vendiera un producto casi el doble de caro y me tomara en cuenta el producto que compré.....esto en Fester Quiroz matriz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio! la atención telefónica es pésima: Te hablan como si ya supieras de impermeabilizantes y hasta parece que se desesperan. La publicidad publicada en su página web es engañosa ya que las promociones en la página no muestran vigencia pero cuando llamas ellos te dicen que ya no aplican. Ellos te muestran en la página que hacen cualquier tipo de trabajo, sin embargo es mentira ya que por teléfono me comentó que solo a partir de 100 m2 no menos. Yo ya me decepcioné con la primera llamada, ojala no les pase.
Very bad service! the telephone service is terrible: they talk to you as if you already knew about waterproofing and they even seem to despair. The advertising published on their website is misleading since the promotions on the page are not valid but when you call they tell you that they no longer apply. They show you on the page that they do any type of work, however it is a lie since on the phone he told me that only from 100 m2 no less. I was already disappointed with the first call, hopefully it won't happen to you.
