Tratando de intimidar con acciones legales que obviamente no pueden proceder.
De seguir así presentaré una queja a la CONDUSEF por medio de REDECO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me han enviado mensaje de WhatsApp haciendo labor de cobranza por ser una supuesta referencia de alguna persona que no conozco. De la misma manera han llamado con amenazas, groserías, prepotencia, no tienen escucha, gritan, cuelgan, son agresivos y violentan con sus expresiones y palabras. Incluso creí que se trataba de extorsionadores o gente dedicada al fraude, llamé a su call center para corroborar y efectivamente, sí son ellos y ese es su trato.
They have sent me a WhatsApp message doing collection work because it is a supposed reference to someone I do not know. In the same way, they have called with threats, rudeness, arrogance, they do not listen, they yell, hang up, they are aggressive and violent with their expressions and words. I even believed that they were extortionists or people dedicated to fraud, I called their call center to corroborate and indeed, yes they are and that is their deal.

Me llamó un tipejo ardido para molestar porque el deudor a quien buscan cambió de teléfono hace 6 años y medio (y Telcel me asignó la línea a mí, desafortunadamente) y por incompetentes buscan fastidiar. Sólo dejo el comentario por si ese pobre descerebrado lo lee.
If you need to recover debts, look for someone else. This group is a disgrace. A hot guy called me to bother because the debtor they are looking for changed phone 6 and a half years ago (and Telcel assigned the line to me, unfortunately) and because they are incompetent they are trying to bother. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasta la gestión de cobranza, alguien que conocí hace tiempo me puso de referencia, no localizan a las personas y me han estado llamando, ya últimamente es con amenazas. He realizado diferentes denuncias en REDECO, si están en el mismo caso también denuncien, estas prácticas están prohibidas por CONDUSEF y si se trata de amenazas ya son de índole penal.
Collection management is disastrous, someone I knew a long time ago referred me, they cannot locate people and they have been calling me, and lately it is with threats. I have made different complaints in REDECO, if they are in the same case also report, these practices are prohibited by CONDUSEF and if they are threats they are already criminal in nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llaman innumerables veces al día para intentar cobrarme a nombre de una persona que no conozco y no les importa, te gritan que "dejes de esconder a la ratera y le digas que pague" y que "es su culpa que le llamemos y le vamos a seguir llamando " y no les interesa si les estás diciendo que no sabes quién es. También acosan via WhatsApp y cuando les dices que no conoces a la persona te dicen que darán de baja tu número pero ya no contestan. Nefasta empresa y SEGURO que pondré una queja en CONDUSEF. Empresa de maleantes con primaria trunca, hasta pensé que me estaban llamando de un reclusorio para extorsionarme.
They call countless times a day trying to charge me for someone I don't know and they don't care, they yell at you to "stop hiding the shoplifter and tell her to pay" and "it's her fault we call her and we're going to keep calling" and they don't care if you're telling them you don't know who it is. They also harass via WhatsApp and when you tell them that you don't know the person they tell you that they will cancel your number but they no longer answer. Nefarious company and I'm SURE I'll file a complaint with CONDUSEF. Company of thugs with truncated primary, I even thought they were calling me from a prison to extort me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una verdadera inutilidad. Cobran y cobran y tal pareciera que son varios y no saben unos de otros. Yo liquide mi saldo en enero del presente año y se me desaparecieron del celular. Ahora vuelven a cobrar y amenazando. Yo los voy a reportar. Estoy harta!!! Y más con telcel, tengo años que no uso el servicio y mi gran error fue no pedir número de reporte de cancelación. Mucho ojo estimados clientes, pidan su documento cuando cancelen y/o terminen su plan.
They are truly useless. They charge and charge and it seems that there are several and they don't know about each other. I settled my balance in January of this year and they disappeared from my cell phone. Now they charge again and threaten. I will report them. I'm fed up!!! And more so with telcel, I haven't used the service for years and my big mistake was not asking for a cancellation report number.
