★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, abren los paquetes y te roban, te entregan solo lo que quieren.. me ha pasado en más de 4 ocasiones.
Terrible service, they open the packages and steal from you, they give you only what they want... it has happened to me more than 4 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba preocupada por la mayoría de comentarios ya que mis paquetes llegaron desde el 25 de abril, en Shein me dijeron que esperara ya que la entrega estaba programada para el día 6 de mayo, mi pedido llegó el 5, no me llamaron pero el repartidor fue muy amable, el pedido llegó completo, la verdad quedé muy satisfecha
I was worried about most of the comments since my packages arrived since April 25, in Shein they told me to wait since the delivery was scheduled for May 6, my order arrived on May 5, they did not call me but the delivery man was very kind, the order arrived complete, the truth was I was very satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima paqueteria, el servicio es inepto mi paquete nunca llego a mi domicilio y la atención a clientes es muy mala, nunca contestan, no lo recomiendo para nada.
Terrible package, the service is inept, my package never arrived at my home and customer service is very bad, they never answer, I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi paquete llego desde el 8 de abril a sus oficinas me entregaron 4 pero me hizo falta uno marcamos a los 7 números que tiene y todos a buzón. Messenger y WhatsApp dejan en visto. No he tenido alguna respuesta desde el 8 de abril
My package arrived on April 8 at their offices, they gave me 4 but I needed one, we dialed the 7 numbers it has and they all went to the mailbox. Messenger and WhatsApp leave seen. I haven't had any response since April 8

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima paqueteria, entregan los articulos dañados, no le dan los cuidados que deben de ser y no se hacen responsable a ello, hacen por perdidos los paquetes y los que llegan piden que te traslades hasta cd de mexico sin imporyar que seas de otro estado (en mi caso en queretaro).
1 paquete de 4 me llego bien y sin problemas.
Terrible parcel delivery, they deliver the damaged items, they do not give it the care it should be and are not responsible for it, they consider the packages lost and those that arrive ask you to move to Mexico City regardless of whether you are from another state ( in my case in queretaro).
1 package of 4 arrived well and without problems.
