Terrible service they treat you as if they were doing you a favor, they charge you even if they haven't delivered you yet ... And they have rules up their sleeves ......

Estoy pagando una bocina, desde hace 2 semanas les reporte que la bocina está fallando, ellos cuentan con Mantenimiento de los artículos que estés pagando, llamé y me dijeron:
"PUES USTED TRAIGALA JOVEN PORQUE NO TENEMOS FECHA PARA PODER IR POR ELLA"
¿Pero que tal cuando uno se atrasa?
No van a cobrar al domicilio, uno tiene que ir a la tienda y aparte pagar intereses...

"SO YOU BRING HER YOUNG BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE A DATE TO GO FOR HER"
But what about when you're late?
