llevo mucho tiempo tratando que me apoyen por favor yo acudí hacerme un tratamiento hace aproximandante hace como 2 años el cual fue justo en pandemia fue un laser fraccionado el tratamiento salio en 2x15000 el trato fue excelente todo muy bien me hise mi primer tratamiento y senti resultados luego luego pero el segundo ya no pude hacermelo debido a que cerraron su sucursales ya cuando acudi me dijeron que tenia acne activo se me disparo un acne muy severo me enviaron cremas despues ya no pude hacermelo debido a que quede embarazada me dijeron que no podia asi tuve a mi bebe deje pasar tiempo hoy en dia mando mensaje para ver si ya pueden hacermelo ya pasaron 9 meses y hoy en di ame dicen que ya esta el tratamiento completo y no todavia no esta mi tratamiento terminado espero me puedan apoyar porfavor si ya estuviera echo no lo negaria pero todo es muy obvio la pandemia y aparte mi embarazo me podrian apoyar porfavor no pido devolucion solo que me terminen mi tratamiento porfavor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui con el Dr. Rafa que ya me habia tratado en Coyoacán antes y bastante normal la consulta, ahora fui a polanco para seguir tratamiento, después de una hora de espera, queria cobrar $1200 o $1500 pesos por la consulta de 3 minutos en donde nunca me revisó ( yo iba con acne en espalda y pecho) y lo minimo que esperaba es que me revisara la piel y viera como estaba… nunca se paró de su silla y me dijo que no me podia mandar mas que cosmética por el embarazo. Me manda a pagar los productos y la consulta y era una cuenta de 13 MIL PESOS!!!! TRECE MIL PESOS. Obviamente no compré nada por que aparte todos los ingredientes de dichos productos eran “agua y alcohol” la verdad para este trato tan mediocre mejor me auto receto con sus videos de tik tok y ya ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a la sucursal de Polanco en el horario de la tarde, la señorita de la recepción muy burda. Fui por asunto de un retiro de lunar, el presupuesto para el retiro fue
de 6000 aprox incluida la consulta, me atendió la dra. Ana Laura, tampoco me encantó su atención, no me hizo la revisión ocular de rostro que se supone incluía la consulta y cuando le pedí su opinión sobre el retiro del lunar me dió una respuesta que no se espera de un especialista. En general no me gustó, no lo recomiendo.

of 6000 approx including the consultation, I was attended by dr. Ana Laura, I didn't love her attention either, she didn't do the facial eye exam that the consultation was supposed to include and when I asked her opinion about the removal of the mole, she gave me an answer that is not expected from a specialist. In general I did not like it, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with a skin rash. The reception was really nice, my limited Spanish and their English we did well. Nice, fun people. The doctor was even better. I was so greatful for her expertise, she figured it out quickly and took very good care of me. She was also super nice. She explained everything really well in Spanish and English, and answered my questions. I would totally recommend this clinic. I'm Canadian, I see that it is much more expensive than a GP, but I didn't think it was expensive.

There are many good dermatologists in Mexico City. I recommend you choose a different one.
