PESIMO SERVICIO...NO LLEVEN SU VEHICULO A ESTE LUGAR...EL SEGURO DE AXA ME ENVIÓ EL COCHE A ESTE LUGAR POR COLISION...LLEVO 3 MESES ESPERANDO A QUE ME ENTREGUEN MI COCHE...QUE IMPOTENCIA SE SIENTE..EN MANOS DE ELLOS
AWFUL SERVICE...DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE...AXA INSURANCE SENT MY CAR TO THIS PLACE DUE TO A COLLISION...I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS FOR MY CAR TO BE DELIVERED TO ME...HOW IMPOTENT FEEL... IN THEIR HANDS

Pésimo servicio, su número de contacto siempre te cuelgan y si envías mensaje de WhatsApp no responden. Cuando comuniqué esto me dijeron que no contestan priqe están muy ocupados, luego el tiempo de diagnóstico es de mínimo 3 días y no te llaman para avisarte en qué estado está el vehículo, tuve que estar llamando constantemente hasta que logré conseguir que me respondan. El día de la entrega se programo a una hora, empezaron tarde y me llevo casi 2 horas y aún no me entregan mi vehículo y la cereza del Pastel es que me dicen que no aceptan tarjetas solo pago en efectivo y eso no se me comunicó y nadie te informa las cosas. Muy desorganizados, casi nula comunicación. Pésimo trato al cliente y ridículo que en esta época solo hagan cobros en efectivo. Hasta la tiendita a 2 casas de dónde vivo soporta pagos por tarjeta y transferencias. Realmente estoy molesto con el pésimo trato.

The delivery day was scheduled at one hour, they started late and it took me almost 2 hours and they still haven't delivered my vehicle and the cherry on the cake is that they tell me that they don't accept cards, only payment in cash and that was not communicated to me and nobody informs you of things. Very disorganized, almost no communication. Terrible customer treatment and ridiculous that at this time they only make cash charges. Even the store 2 houses where I live supports card payments and transfers. I'm really upset with the lousy treatment.

Pésima atención, te atienden con flojera, tardan horas en atenderte, la recepcionista se la pasa en su celular, diagnosticaron mi auto y lo dejaron al aire libre con los cristales abajo, se mojo todo el interior y no se hacen responsables, yo dejé los cristales arriba y ellos los bajaron. El Lugar de estacionamiento lo ocupan ellos, llegas en auto y te dicen que lo quites y veas donde estacionarte, asco de taller, asco de atención.

No cuenta con la Misión que dice su placa, ni la visión y mucho menos con la política de cálida, tardó mi Vehículo 85 día en el taller para que me Lo entregaran, a la semana volví a lleva lo xq se recalento, y jalaba hacia un lado y dejó de funcionar el A/C y aún así tardó 1 día y medio para que me dijeran que no tiene nada. Me dijeron que le repararon el Rin, no me explico como sino deje el birlo de seguridad. Y cuando lo lleve porque jalaba me hablaron para pedirme el birlo de seguridad, para poder quitar la llanta. O sea no le hicieron nada en los 85 días. El Asesor me atendió muy amable.

Mi experiencia simple y sencillamente pésima. 5 meses mi auto ahí para arreglar un golpe no tan complicado. Mala calidad. Trabajos mal hechos. Te trabajos. Irresponsabilidad. Un calvario. Simplemente no lo recomiendo en absoluto

Literally would never go here of my own free will. Forced to because of insurance. They are slow, don't do quality work and not polite in general. Smaller shops do better quality and faster work.
