Pésimo servicio por parte de su equipo. Parece que te hacen el favor de arreglar tu daño, y cuando les preguntas por algo y no se sienten cómodos con la pregunta se ponen a la defensiva, su contador ( el que hace el papeleo de la entrega ni las gracias te da, no tiene actitud de servicio) entregan el auto sucio, no lo recomiendo, en verdad pésima experiencia.
Terrible service from your team. It seems that they do you the favor of fixing your damage, and when you ask them about something and they do not feel comfortable with the question they become defensive, their accountant (the one who does the paperwork for the delivery or thanks, does not have service attitude) they deliver the dirty car, I do not recommend it, really bad experience.

Pésimo servicio llevo esperando 4 meses mi camioneta y me quieren entregar con partes que no cambiaron y tienen hasta pintura del choque y con una llanta ponchada que estaba nueva y dónde no tenía nada No los recomiendo, Qualitas deberías de poner más atención de sus centros de colisiones para que den un buen servicio

Te piden realizar una encuesta de salida apenas te entregan el coche a destiempo (2 días después de la fecha acordada) y bueno salen detalles que hay que volver a regresar a qué los arreglen

Pésimo servicio. Personal nefasto. Me entregaron mi auto super sucio. Para el daño que sufrió el coche, se tardaron siglos en entregarlo y por encima de todo me dejaron sin bateria y sin gasolina.

Si tienen la oportunidad de cambiarse de taller por parte de la aseguradora haganlo. No se van a repetir. El servicio y calidad es pésimo, horrible y la atención de sus trabajadores no les importa la seguridad de sus clientes en especial del Sr Oscar Angeles que era mi asesor y cuando le comenté del desperfecto de la reparación que le hizo el taller y mi preocupación por la persona que maneja el auto en su momento me contesto "porque me preocupo por algo que aún no ha pasado" por lo que decidí retirar mi unidad y repararlo por cuenta propia. Es una lastima que Axa te mandé a este taller.

Muy mala experiencia desde un inicio. Su teléfono en la sucursal de Cancun se encuentra descolgado y hay que ir hasta las instalaciones ¡ah! Pero resulta que solo atienden por cita. No llegue a este taller por recomendación ni por gusto, sino porque me chocaron. Y ya empece a preocuparme al leer sobre la mayoría de los comentarios. Y si lo creo mi auto lleva una semana ahí y aún no se ha valuado.
