La secretaria de mala gana contesta y solo para que valoren los daños una semana para que te den una cita para el dx mas 3 días para que te den el dx etc o sea en el 2025 creo ya lo tendrás listo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre hubo una buena atención y respuesta desde la recepcionista hasta el asesor asignado. Mi auto no pudo ser reparado y se dio como pérdida pero todos fueron atentos y explicaron todos los procedimientos haciendo más fácil los trámites.
There was always good attention and response from the receptionist to the assigned advisor. My car could not be repaired and was reported as a loss but everyone was attentive and explained all the procedures making the paperwork easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, cero profesionalismo, si tu seguro es AXA te recomiendo busques otra opcion tanto de seguro como taller ya que, tanto el seguro como el taller no se hacen responsables, entro mi vehiculo (una avanza de +5 años) 3 meses por un siniestro y cero atencion por todos los inconvenientes. Mejor busca otra opcion ya que estas en una pesima organizacion (aclaro, mi vehiculo tiene alta comercializacion por lo que las piezas no son un problema)
Terrible service, zero professionalism, if your insurance is AXA I recommend you look for another option both insurance and workshop since, both the insurance and the workshop are not responsible, my vehicle entered (an advance of +5 years) 3 months for a sinister and zero attention for all the inconveniences. Better look for another option since you are in a lousy organization (I clarify, my vehicle is highly commercialized, so the parts are not a problem)

cuidadosos. Además nada cuidadosos, preferi por mi lado arreglarlo en otro lado.No los recomiendo.

Fui como afectada por un choque para que repararán mi vehículo y tardaron 14 días en dar la valoración, cuando el vehículo iba a entrar a reparación y se negaron a dar una cotización. Además llegas y te hacen esperar de 45 minutos a una hora para que te atiendan
Terrible customer service. They do not comply with the times offered. I was affected by a collision so that they would repair my vehicle and it took 14 days to give the valuation, when the vehicle was going to be repaired and they refused to give a quote. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si están leyendo los comentarios, les voy a hacer un favor, agarren su vehículo y vayan a cualquier otro taller ya que seguro será mejor que este.
Más de dos semanas para pasar presupuesto de 14 000 pesos y otras dos semanas para hacer el trabajo. Nos fuimos a otro taller fueron 4 000 pesos y salió en 4 días.
If you are reading the comments, I am going to do you a favor, grab your vehicle and go to any other workshop since it will surely be better than this one.
More than two weeks to spend a budget of 14,000 pesos and another two weeks to do the work. We went to another workshop, it was 4,000 pesos and it came out in 4 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajo mal hecho, atrasado y nos entregaron sin asegurar los birlos de las llantas, estaban flojos. No voy a hablar de lo que pudo haber pasado, porque afortunadamente no sucedió.
Pero después de unos meses, cuando surgió la necesidad, nos dimos cuenta que nos cambiaron la llanta de refacción. El rin tiene un golpe, la llanta está rota y no es de la marca que teníamos. No es nuestra llanta de refacción.
Si su aseguradora les ofrece el servicio en Raco, no acepten bajo ninguna circunstancia.
Work poorly done, late and they delivered to us without securing the wheel studs, they were loose. I'm not going to talk about what could have happened, because luckily it didn't.
But after a few months, when the need arose, we realized that they changed our spare tire. The rim has a dent, the tire is cracked and it's not the brand we had. It is not our spare tire.
