★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado porque cambian las llantas de refacción el año pasado cambie mis llantas y pedí que me dejaran la mejor de las que le quitaron como refacción y cuál es mi sorpresa el tiempo después al querer cambiar la llanta por una ponchadura me doy cuenta qué esa no es mi llanta de refacción sino que me dejaron una llanta para la basura y al reclamar me dicen que a lo mejor fue en un valet parking y que ellos no se harían responsables
Be careful because they changed the spare tires last year I changed my tires and I asked that they leave me the best of the ones that were taken as a spare and what is my surprise the time later when I want to change the tire due to a puncture I realize that it is not It's my spare tire but they left me a tire for the garbage and when I complained they told me that maybe it was in a valet parking lot and that they would not be responsible

La chica que me atendió se fue a comer no me dió orden de servicio y al final solo me dicen que en unos minutos y me piden mil disculpas . El tiempo de todos en importante. Se requiere más personal para la atención del cliente .
The waiting time is too long. 2 hours and 30 minutes for an alignment. The girl who attended me went to eat did not give me order of service and in the end they only tell me that in a few minutes and they apologize to me. Everyone's time is important. More staff is required for customer service.
