Esto limita la capacidad de decisión de los clientes en obtener un poder de desición en elegir el servicio que más le convenga, ya sea por costos o calidad del servicio. Adicionalmente, es contraproducente para ellos mismos, porque reduce drásticamente los clientes prospectos que puedan obtener. Alegan que al dar diagnósticos gratuitos los clientes se van con otros talleres a qué les hagan el servicio, y en efecto, ese es el punto de ofrecer un diagnóstico y/o una cotización. Ofreces tu servicio y si no logras convencer al prospecto ya sea por costos o por calidad de servicio, el cliente se va a ir con alguien más.. Y este no es un tema de la franquicia Radial, pues con anterioridad yo había realizado diagnósticos y servicios en la sucursal de bugambilias y jamás me cobraron un peso por un diagnóstico, todo lo contrario fueron muy amables. Es un tema de esta sucursal en específico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dejan colgado en el teléfono. Mas de media hora y al parecer se escuchaba estaban cerrando y de seguro ni cuenta se darian que uno seguía en la línea. Pésimo servicio empezando desde la llamada ??
