Recibí una atención excelente, amble y muy personalizada por parte de la encargada de la tienda (LR) que además proporcionó mucha información de las diferentes opciones y ventajas de cada modelo. El servicio es muy ágil y desde los informes hasta el momento del servicio dieron un excelente seguimiento. Los servicios post-compra que incluyen en la compra de las llantas para prolongar la vida de las mismas (garantías de producto, seguro contra baches y banquetazos, y mantenimiento continuo de llantas que son válidos en todo el país) están SÚPER COMPLETOS. Incluye además una revisión estilo agencia de los puntos de seguridad del coche. El llenado recurrente de llantas con nitrógeno por la compra de llantas también se incluye. Además, el lugar (oficina y taller) es limpio, ordenado, amplio y todo el personal fue muy amable y detallista en sus funciones, tanto encargada de tienda como del técnico y del joven de soporte. El problema inicio cuando me notifican x correo que puedo recoger mis productos en la sucursal Garza Sada y ellos no tenían algún comprobante donde se les avisaba. Se contactaron con nosotros los de la sucursal para preguntar si queríamos el servicio de instalación, y agendaron a una hora, quedaron de llamar para confirmar y ya no llamaron. Al llegar a la sucursal dicen que es x cita y que no confirmamos. Total que siempre si pudieron atendernos pero realmente no quede satisfecha con el servicio. The online purchase process was good. The problem started when they notified me by mail that I can pick up my products at the Garza Sada branch and they did not have any receipt where they were notified. Those from the branch contacted us to ask if we wanted the installation service, and they scheduled an hour, they agreed to call to confirm and they didn't call anymore. When they arrive at the branch they say that it is by appointment and that we do not confirm. In short, they were always able to serve us but I was not really satisfied with the service.
