★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por un cambio de 2 llantas. Revisaron mi suspención sin costo lo cual agradecí.
Resultó que tenía que cambiar algunas piezas. Las compré, hicieron el cambio y el auto ahora vibraba como nunca antes lo había hecho. Me dijeron que era por los amortiguadores que estaban mal. Eso porque las piezas reemplazadas "que ahora funcionaban bien" no le permitían al amortiguador dañado dar el manejo suave que antes tenía.
Pregunté cómo fue que no detectaron eso en el amortiguador en la revisión o al cambiar las piernas. Estoy confiando en su juicio y ejecuté el cambio que me recomendaron. Dijeron que este problema no lo detectaron porque su revisión fue visual. Para detectarlo necesitaban hacer una revisión amplia que nunca me ofrecieron en el cambio de llantas o en otro momento anterior a mi reclamo.
Si por lo menos me hubieran advertido lo entendería. Si hubieran dicho:
"esta revisión es visual y por lo tanto el cambio de piezas sugerido puede significar que otras piezas como el amortiguador presenten problemas. Le sugiero aplicar una revisión más profunda por un costo"
Eso lo entendería completamente ¡Lo agradecería!
Durante mi reclamo el mismo encargado del negocio aceptó que no me advirtió que su revisión fue solo visual.
No soy mecánico y por eso doy mi confianza al experto. Por supuesto que el nuevo problema que antes no tenía, no lo resolveré con radial. Ya no tengo confianza de que no habrán otros problemas después.
Terrible y engañoso trato. Una lástima porque me agradó todo antes de esa experiencia.
Y por supuesto que nunca compraré otras llantas en este negocio.
I went for a 2 tire change. They reviewed my suspension at no cost which I appreciated.
It turned out that I had to change some parts. I bought them, they made the change and the car now vibrated like never before. They told me it was because of the shock absorbers that were bad. That's because the replaced "now-working" parts didn't allow the damaged shock to give the smooth ride it used to have.
I asked how they did not detect that in the shock on review or when changing legs. I am trusting your judgment and made the change you recommended. They said they didn't catch this problem because their review was visual. To detect it they needed to do a comprehensive review that they never offered me at the tire change or at any other time prior to my claim.
If only they had warned me I would understand. If they had said:
"This check is visual and therefore the suggested parts change may mean that other parts such as the shock have problems. I suggest a more in-depth check for a cost."
That I would fully understand. I would appreciate it!
During my claim, the same manager of the business accepted that he did not warn me that his review was only visual.
I am not a mechanic and that is why I trust the expert. Of course, the new problem that I did not have before, I will not solve it with radial. I am no longer confident that there will be no other problems later.
Terrible and deceptive deal. A pity because I liked everything before that experience.
And of course I will never buy other tires in this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No respetan las citas, tratan de venderte refacciones que no necesitas. No hay atención a clientes en teléfono o en línea con quién quejarse. Tuve que meter mi queja a la Profeco.
Terrible service. They don't keep appointments, they try to sell you parts you don't need. There is no customer service on the phone or online to complain to. I had to file my complaint with Profeco.
