Sólo venía a hacer efectiva la garantía extendida sobre una llanta ponchada, la compré hace 5 meses... Lo que esta dichosa garantía me amparó fue 100 pesos menos del precio que pagué cuando nueva...
Terrible service... More than half an hour without someone approaching me, until I called the 800 number to complain. I only came to make the extended warranty effective on a flat tire, I bought it 5 months ago... What this damn guarantee protected me was 100 pesos less than the price I paid when new...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and very honest. Went in for a coolant flush and get new brake pads. They let me know I still had nearly 50% left on the pads and really didn't need it.
The guy I worked with also spoke good English.
