★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely loved our cacao ceremony with Adriana. The yoga classes are at a beautiful setting with the yoga deck on the beach. She is an amazing teacher and facilitator. I Highly recommend yoga and/or enjoying a cacao ceremony with Adriana at her retreat on the beach .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a medicinal ceremony to help let a lot of trauma go in my life. Adriana discussed my options and what she felt was best. She answered any questions I had as this was my first experience with this type of healing.
Just a beautiful safe and trusting environment. The ocean behind you and Adriana's energy made this the most healing experience I have had. She guided me throughout the entire thing. After explained all that had happened. She educated me on what to expect after this ceremony. Even checked on me the next day. I am more than pleased and extremely grateful to have had such a special experience with someone as knowledgeable as Adriana. I would highly recommend this to anyone that needs deep healing. Thank you for helping to change my life.

I've had her massage, reiki, accupuncture, and yoga class, and ceremonies and everything was beyond amazing. If you are looking for real life changing and lasting healing this is where you will find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part of our trip by far! We stayed at Hacienda Eden, a 5 minute walk on the beach to Adriana’s outdoor, on the beach, yoga studio. She has classes every morning @ 9a. Also additional classes, massage etc. Cost is 250 pesos, (approx $ 12.50) for a 1.5 hr class. She is an outstanding instructor. Focus is on stretch and strength. Each class was different, and all excellent. Highly recommend. I might be wrong but I believe she can accommodate up to 6 participants during Covid. You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a beautiful little sanctuary. The bungalows are very comfortable with everything you need, including a very comfy bed as well as indoor and outdoor seating areas. The yoga space is 10 meters from the beautiful ocean and perfect for a sunset practice. The hosts are so gracious and attentive while still ensuring you have your own space and privacy. I highly recommend staying here and participating in any of their wonderful offerings (yoga, meditation, plant medicine ceremonies).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Adriana, she is amazing. I’m very picky about my yoga instructors; her vibe and flows are exactly what I want in a yoga class. I’ve also done 2 medicine ceremonies with her, and plan to come back for more. I can’t recommend her enough, especially for anyone who is wary about working with a shaman. Trust me, it’s worth it, and you will be in very good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adriana is an incredible instructor who brings so much knowledge in yoga, healing, Thai massage, spiritual growth through plant medicine and ceremony. She is technically knowledgeable across all of these areas and is also able to personally connect with her clients and students. Her classes have always left me feeling better then when I started. If you happen to be in Troncones I highly recommend Radiant Heart Yoga & Ceremonial Arts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaven on earth! Adriana is a wonderful resource to the community and if you are in the area you luckily have access to her classes, ceremonies, and massages! She gives community acupuncture classes accesible to the local population which is representative of the energy she brings to all her teachings — deeply thoughtful, caring, informed, and connected to the people and space around her. For me, it is always wonderful to learn and grow from her insight and guidance - in yoga classes, Thai massage, cacao ceremonies, and tarot readings. All which happen in her beautiful garden right in front of the sea. Always leave feeling stronger and more energized?
