A	Armando Aguirre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi calificación es muy subjetiva debido a que está relacionada a una experiencia muy personal que estoy seguro que a la mayoría de los habitantes no les afectó, pero de igual manera lo dejaré por aquí. Cuando quise comprar una casa aquí, deje mi depósito y escogí mi casa, solo para darme cuenta MESES después cuando volví a darme la vuelta para checar el avance de la casa, que me habían cambiado la casa asignada sin preguntarme. Cuando cuestioné esto, me comentó la vendedora que fue porque "uno de los dueños de la constructora quizo la casa que había escogido, por lo tanto me reasignaron a otra que tenía excedente y el cual no me iban a cobrar". Obviamente esto me molestó mucho, y terminé cancelando el contrato con ellos y se me devolvió mi anticipo. Simplemente se me hizo muy poco ético el que tomaran la decisión sin consultarme. Ahora bien, no le puedo dejar de dar crédito al hecho que el fraccionamiento no está del todo mal (por eso le dejé dos estrellas en lugar de una), y en general las casas se veía que estaban bien construídas y los amigos que tengo viviendo ahi no se han quejado sobre defectos graves de construcción. When I wanted to buy a house here, I left my deposit and chose my house, only to realize MONTHS later when I turned around again to check the progress of the house, that I had changed the assigned house without asking. When I questioned this, the saleswoman told me that it was because "one of the owners of the construction company wanted the house that I had chosen, therefore they reassigned me to another that had a surplus and which they were not going to charge me." Obviously this bothered me a lot, and I ended up canceling the contract with them and my advance was returned. It just made it very unethical for me to make the decision without consulting me. Now, I can not fail to give credit to the fact that the subdivision is not entirely bad (that's why I left two stars instead of one), and in general the houses looked like they were well built and the friends I have living There they have not complained about serious construction defects.
