★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! llamas al numero para preguntar información de algún producto y no te la dan, que solo en tienda. Entonces para que es el teléfono? Se aprovechan de tener la única tienda con un surtido mas o menos decente de Iguala. Lo mismo si vas a sus sucursal, donde recibes pésimo trato, parece que les vas a pedir un favor. Aconsejo buscar otras opciones en internet. Ya hay servicios que venden productos a costos mas accesibles y hasta con envío gratis a la puerta de tu hogar. Ojala alguien les haga competencia pronto porque vaya que lo necesita la ciudad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene muy buen surtido, casi encuentras todo lo que quieres, si no lo tienen trataran de hacerlo, no me gusta su horario en su pagina de face dicen su hora de abrir y cerrar pero de vez en cuando no es asi, tarda media hora en abrir o cierran antes de la hora establecidad en si no respetan el horario, antes de atendian mal o de mala forma como si pidieras un favor, no se siente esa calidad de atención , como esa alegria o energia que te atienden en otras tiendas, an mejorado un poco en atenderte, te atienden como serios o sin motivación, los precios son buenos algo mejor que tenorio
