Desde que te responden la llamada, la mujer con quien uno se dirige suena déspota y de mala gana. Sus unidades descuidadas, en malas condiciones, no hay control con los operadores por el tema de usar cubrebocas, el interior de los carros apestan. Te quieren cobrar más si se les pide que enciendan el aire acondicionado (cosa que la mayoría ni siquiera trae disponible).
Terrible service in all respects.
From the moment the call is answered, the woman you are talking to sounds despotic and reluctant. Their units neglected, in poor condition, there is no control with the operators for the issue of wearing face masks, the interior of the cars stink. They want to charge you more if you ask them to turn on the air conditioning (which most don't even bring available).
