Le pedí al chófer me dejara al final de la fila!!no me había dado cuenta que le pidieron la parada y por eso ya me quería bajar!!! Me dijo que buscará yo la fila!!! Se supone que por eso se le está pagando el servicio!!! Si no es gratis

Cada vez peor el servicio.
Terrible service, I was waiting for the unit for half an hour, it was urgent and the unit never arrived. When I dialed I was told that I still had 15 minutes to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardo más de 40 minutos en llegar, llamé para cancelarlo y todavia me dice la señorita que no llegó porque el taxi vio otro taxi afuera de mi local, que nisiquiera es verdad y ni pitó el taxi de esa base. Me da lastima porque siempre llamo a esos taxis para mandar a mis clientes en sus unidades. Pero pues la señorita si me hablo en un tono que ya ni ganas de llamarles.
It took more than 40 minutes to arrive, I called to cancel it and the lady still tells me that it did not arrive because the taxi saw another taxi outside my premises, which is not even true and the taxi from that base did not even honk. It makes me sad because I always call those taxis to send my clients to their units. But then the lady did speak to me in a tone that I don't even want to call them anymore.
