Hello, this company that I see has a lot of experience. The problem here is that just because I live in an apartment complex, the taxi drivers do not accept to come. Even so, I give my data and my location well, they have the same customs of the taxi drivers from before, I used them because of the abuses of UBER but I remembered the mistreatment of the usual taxi driver. You talk, you give your data, they try to communicate with a taxi to send it and many simply do not want to come, being very close to the BASE. Or they tell you to dial back in 5 minutes, sure to keep telling you there is NO service, DON'T USE IT IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY if you have more than 30 minutes of extra time and make a fool of yourself on the line use it. The few taxi drivers who agree to serve my neighborhood do it very well. They charge the minimum, that which does not exist in UBER and if they do not want to enter the neighborhood as it regularly happens (safe and central neighborhood) they do not provide service or they act ignorant. Most of the operators are friendly, but there is a very rude woman who works at about noon, so be patient, because she is very rude.
