★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio si es que le debo de llamar servicio a lo que hacen, se dirigen mal al cliente te dejan esperando en la línea para al final colgarte y decirte muy a fuerza que no hay unidades cerca. Amigos taxistas si no van a dar un buen servicio no se quejen de las plataformas de transporte ok ?

Señores no es la primera vez que me pasa y confíe en volver a solicitar el servicio con ustedes, y nuevamente quedan mal, marco y pido el servicio y me dicen que en 7 minutos llega la unidad, pasaron 12 minutos vuelvo a marcar y me dicen que ya casi llega, me espere 6 minutos más vuelvo a marcar y me dicen que ahí no solicité el servicio!!
Si se les está solicitando la unidad es porq se necesita!!
Y que después de hacerme esperar me digan que no solicité la unidad no se vale!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llamar a este sitio de taxis siempre te atienden con agilidad al enviarte la unidad disponible mas cercana para minimizar el tiempo de espera, por lo general el personal de la unidad que te brinda el servicio cuentan con una buena actitud, ademas de tener una rapida dentro de lo normal para el sector. Muy Recomendable

Pésimo, pésimo!!!
Te dejan en visto sólo te contestan le checo y fue todo lo que te contestan.
Y si después de 1 hora les vuelves a mandar msj creyendo que se les olvidó te dicen:
Seguimos buscando y un minuto después te dicen : nada cerca.
Y ya, es todo!
No entiendo para que ofrecen un servicio de WhatsApp si no tienen el personal para atenderlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta disque base de taxis no debería de existir las señoras que atienden por WhatsApp son déspotas groseras e inútiles te prometen unidad en poco tiempo y o no llega o llega hasta media hora después solo por que son hijas del dueño te tratan mal y juegan con tu tiempo como son hijas de papi les queda grande ese puesto el sr no debería tenerlas ahí por que no sirven para eso que no le extrañe quedarse sin clientes por tener personas inútiles sin la menor idea de respeto responsabilidad y menos de prestar un servicio ahí debería tener gente que sepa trabajar y que tenga ganas de hacerlo no como sus hijas que como no les falto nada no saben lo que es brindar un buen trato a quien te da de comer
