Pedí el servicio, llamé para confirmar y esperé aproximadamente 40 minutos y cuando llamé por 3era vez me dijeron que no lo tenían registrado.
I do not recommend it, lousy experience.
I asked for the service, called to confirm and waited about 40 minutes and when I called for the 3rd time they told me that they did not have it registered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contraten este servicio, mejor pidan un Uber o Didi. Si llamas para preguntar si tienen algún coche disponible, te dicen que lo van a checar y te avisan. Por supuesto, NUNCA te avisan y si llamas de nuevo ni siquiera se acuerdan de lo que preguntaste. Uno de los conductores que al parecer es el principal o el dueño, si te llega a atender él trata de cobrarte todo lo que puede y te aumenta la tarifa que sería "inicialmente". Pésimo. No se metan en problemas, para eso tenemos Uber, Didi, Beat, Cabify etc.
Do not hire this service, better ask for an Uber or Didi. If you call to ask if they have a car available, they tell you they are going to check it and let you know. Of course, they NEVER notify you and if you call again they don't even remember what you asked. One of the drivers, who apparently is the principal or the owner, if he comes to attend you he tries to charge you as much as he can and increases the rate that would be "initially". Appalling. Don't get in trouble, for that we have Uber, Didi, Beat, Cabify etc.
