★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, pronto y expedito. Sólo que no todas las operadoras siguen los mismos protocolos de servicio. Unas de toman la molestia de leer el perfil de cada solicitante y de inmediato personalizan la atención y mandan el vehículo a un domicilio ya registrado, unas incluso dan los pormenores de que chófer va y en qué unidad. Otras no hacen nada y preguntan hasta lo básico.
Sólo falta que acepten tarjeta y facturen para obtener 5 estrellas.
Good service, soon and expeditiously. Only not all operators follow the same service protocols. Some take the trouble to read the profile of each applicant and immediately customize the service and send the vehicle to a registered address, some even give the details of which driver is going and in which unit. Others do nothing and ask even the basics.
You only need to accept a card and invoice to get 5 stars.
