★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use el servicio el día 14 d febrero y es hora q nunca me llego el comprobante q muy formalmente el chófer quedó en enviarme x medio d whatssap, ya q dijo habérsele acabado. Habemos muchas personas q facturamos, no vuelvo a utilizarlos. Le doy 2 strellas solo x q el auto s nuevo pero d nada sirve si no puedo comprobar q lo use ante mi empresa.
 I used the service on February 14 and it is time that I never received the receipt that very formally the driver agreed to send me half a whatssap, since he said it was over. Let's have a lot of people that we bill, I don't use them again. I give 2 stars only because the car is new but nothing works if I can't verify that I use it before my company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llamé y me dijeron que llegarían en 12min, pasaron 40min y volví a llamar, la recepcionista me dijo "ah, es que no tenía a quién mandar, si quieres puedes esperar unos 15min, a ver si alguien puede ir, si quieres".
Mala atención, mal servicio impuntual e irresponsables.
Terrible service, I called and they told me they would arrive in 12min, 40min passed and I called again, the receptionist told me "oh, I didn't have anyone to send, if you want you can wait about 15min, to see if someone can come, if you want ".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me dejaron esperando casi 1 hora, llamé y me dijeron que el vigilante no los había dejado entrar lo cual era falso, al parecer se equivocaron con la dirección, pero ni siquiera me marcaron para informarme, volví a llamar y me dijeron que mandarían una unidad y llegaría en 15 min, esperé 30 min más y no llegó, volví a marcar y ni siquiera sé dignaron a contestarme, no le pongo 0 estrellas solo por qué no se puede.
Terrible service, they left me waiting almost 1 hour, I called and they told me that the guard had not let them in which was false, apparently they made a mistake with the address, but they did not even dial me to inform me, I called again and they told me that They would send a unit and it would arrive in 15 min, I waited 30 min more and it did not arrive, I dialed again and they did not even deign to answer me, I do not give it 0 stars just because it cannot be done.

El servicio es bueno pero los taxis cobran al final lo que quieren y no respetan el costo que te dan cuando llamas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para solicitar un servicio y quedaron de regresarme la llamada para confirmarme y nunca lo hicieron yo tuve que volver a llamar para preguntar y me dijeron que no tenían quien cubriera. Esto es una falta de respeto ya que hacen que uno pierda su tiempo, no es la primera vez que ocurre esto no se para que tienen este servicio si sus conductores no quieren trabajar o quieren que sea a la zona que ellos les favorezca.
I called to request a service and they agreed to call me back to confirm and they never did. I had to call again to ask and they told me that they had no one to cover. This is a lack of respect since they make you waste your time, it is not the first time this has happened, I do not know why they have this service if their drivers do not want to work or want it to be in the area that they favor.
