Sin embargo hace 1 semana he estado intentando hacer una cita de seguimiento y el número que viene en Google Maps no es el actualizado. Llamé a Radiología Bañuelos, me proporcionaron un número actualizado de la Radiología de Naciones Unidas pero la persona a cargo de dar las citas no contesta después de varios intentos a distintas horas por varios días, cuando por fin lo hace, de mala gana, me solicitó llamar después de la 1 p.m., así lo hice y como no encontró espacio para la hora y día que le solicité, quedó muy formalmente en llamarme para preguntarle al Doctor si podía liberar un espacio para atenderme, jamás sucedió. Entonces llamé nuevamente para preguntar si había podido preguntar y nuevamente no hubo respuesta. Es una pena que esto suceda ya que la atención que recibí hace más de 1 año fue excelente por parte del Doctor y la recepcionista. Ojalá puedan hacer algo al respecto. So I called again to ask if I had been able to ask and again there was no answer. It is a shame that this happens as the care I received more than 1 year ago was excellent from the Doctor and the receptionist. Hopefully they can do something about it.

Llamé un lunes 16 para pedir una cita para una biopsia, me dijeron que el doctor evaluaría mi caso y me llamarían para darme cita, me devolvieron la llamada el día 20 (4 días después), me agendaron la cita para el día 26, llego a mi cita el día 26 y me dicen que mi cita fue el día 19 y no me pueden atender. Todo esto después de haberme dejado 10 minutos esperando en el sol afuera en la banqueta. Total falta de seriedad y respeto para un tema tan delicado como es la salud. Very professional doctors. Terrible attention at reception. I called on Monday the 16th to make an appointment for a biopsy, they told me that the doctor would evaluate my case and they would call me to make an appointment, they called me back on the 20th (4 days later), they scheduled the appointment for the 26th, I arrived to my appointment on the 26th and they tell me that my appointment was on the 19th and they can't attend me.
