The staff that takes the samples is very friendly, however the phone service is terrible. That in Aguascalientes do not teach them to say good morning, see you later, for nothing, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo. Hice cita para ultrasonido, llegue a la cita a la hora puntual. La persona que me atiende titubeó cuando le dije que era mi cita para el ultrasonido, se metio por una puerta mientras la esperaba y luego al salir me dijo con voz titubeante que la disculpara porque la persona que estaba en turno no era médico para ultrasonido, y le dije pero hice la cita para esto. Y fue cuando más demostró mentira al decirme que el médico no estaba por supuestamente tener una urgencia, que si podía al siguiente día. Le dije que no y me retire. Opte por hacerme esos estudios ahí a pesar de ver algunos comentarios negativos de su servicio pero he comprobado que si son muy malos con esto.
I do not recommend it. I made an appointment for an ultrasound, arrive at the appointment on time. The person who attends me hesitated when I told her it was my appointment for the ultrasound, she went through a door while I was waiting for her and then when she left she told me in a hesitant voice to excuse her because the person who was on duty was not an ultrasound doctor, and I told him but I made the appointment for this. And it was when he most proved a lie by telling me that the doctor was not supposed to have an emergency, that he could the next day. I said no and retired. I opted to do those studies there despite seeing some negative comments about your service but I have verified that they are very bad with this.
