★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, las personas que atienden en la semana no abren a las 9am como está publicado, hoy tuve que esperar 50 minutos para que abrieran y después 1 hora más porque no habían impreso mis estudios que se suponía podía recoger desde martes y hoy es viernes. Estas mismas personas que en teoría pusieron mi cita del domingo pasado 9am, no lo hicieron, ya que llegué ese día con la gente del domingo y no tenían la cita escrita. Definitivamente si hay otra opción mejor vayan a esa. Cero atención al cliente.
Very bad experience, the people who attend during the week do not open at 9am as published, today I had to wait 50 minutes for them to open and then 1 hour more because they had not printed my studies that I was supposed to pick up from Tuesday and today is Friday. These same people who in theory put my appointment last Sunday at 9am, they did not, since I arrived that day with the people from Sunday and they did not have the appointment written. Definitely if there is another better option go to that one. Zero customer service.
