★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el día jueves saco una cita para el día de hoy para mí mí hijo me la asignan a la 1:40 en la cual me piden q sea puntual indicándome q tiene un precio de $210 pesos con una toma de 3 minutos y una entrega de 5 minutos el día jueves yo indico q la radiografía se llama carpal por eso mismo recibo indicaciones ....... Hoy me presento puntual a mi cita y me comentan q no hay ningúna cita registrada a esa hora y tampoco está el nombre registrado de mi hijo ago de su conocimiento al personal de lo q el día jueves me indicaron y lo pasan al cual le recalco al doctor q lo q se va a realizar es una radiografía carpal y bueno nos entregan dicha radiografía al entregarla al médico correspondiente resulta q hicieron una radiografía panorámica nada q ver nos ponemos en contacto con dicho laboratorio y simplemente dicen no es error de nosotros y nos indican q la radiografía carpal tiene un costo de $240 cuidado con este laboratorio falta de profesionalismo y hacen lo q quieren hoy no nos dan respuesta y hay q volverla hacer obviamente pagar de nuevo cuidado en verdad.

They did a panoramic X-ray, nothing to see, we contact said laboratory and they simply say it is not our error and they tell us that the carpal X-ray has a cost of $ 240 Be careful with this laboratory lack of professionalism and they do what they want today or they give us an answer and it is necessary to do it again, obviously, pay again really care.

Estuve llamando desde la mañana para concretar una cita y nadie contestaba, después de mucho llamar me responden y ahora, que llamo para confirmar la cita me responde un tipo todo grosero, sin atención hacia el cliente, porque también estuve llamando desde la mañana hasta la tarde y nadie respondía. Total, que esta persona me dice que me controle, que salen a comer de 2 a 3 (siendo que llamé desde temprano) y que si no contestaban es porque no entraba la llamada (siendo que siempre sonó el teléfono). En fin, una pésima atención desde el contacto por teléfono. Evítense problemas y malos ratos y no vayan a este lugar que no tiene nada de profesional y mucho menos trato hacia las personas.
Terrible service. I was calling since the morning to make an appointment and nobody answered, after a lot of calling they answer me and now, when I call to confirm the appointment, a very rude guy answers me, without attention to the client, because I was also calling from morning to late and no one answered. Total, this person tells me to control myself, that they go out to eat from 2 to 3 (since I called early) and that if they did not answer it is because the call did not come in (since the phone always rang).
